10-09-2018. Elsis TS has signed a contract with Cherkasyvodokanal, the municipal water supply company of Cherkasy, Ukraine, for the installation of process automation systems using a SCADA system.

The project is financed by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development under the Second Urban Infrastructure Improvement Project (UIP2). The system includes a cyber-security module, commercial electricity metering and remote transport monitoring.

The contract partners are: main contractor Elsis TS, UAB, subcontractors Elsis IS, UAB, Copa-Data GmbH, Austria (HMI/SCADA software for zenon production process automation), Siemens AG, Germany (converters, PLCs), Krohne Messtechnik GmbH, Germany (flow meters, pressure sensors), SecurityMatters B.V., the Netherlands (industrial cyber security solutions for critical infrastructure).

Contract value: over EUR 2 million excluding VAT, duration: 12 months
