ELSIS TS has won the tender „Purchase of Micro TSPU and other telemetry equipment for collection and transmission of DSRU tele-information” published by Verslo aptarnavimo centras UAB and signed a contract for works and services with Energijos skirstymo operatora AB on 1 June.

ESO’s main functions are: guaranteeing the supply of electricity and gas, the introduction of electricity and gas, the operation, maintenance, management and development of the electricity and gas distribution networks, and ensuring their security and reliability. ESO serves more than 1.6 million customers throughout Lithuania.

The contract will provide new Micro TSPU (Teleinformation Capture Transmission Unit) controller kits with power supply equipment, battery packs and communication equipment, installed in anti-vandal cabinets, for the collection, storage and transmission of telemetry data of the gas distribution network to the telemetry information system of ESO’s dispatch centre.

The contract, worth more than EUR 458 thousand excluding VAT, will be completed on 1 June 2020, with an option to extend the contract until 1 June 2022.
